Panelists from The Stability Network (https://www.thestabilitynetwork.org/) will discuss challenges, wins, and lessons learned from advocating for your authentic self and ways to thrive as a contributor in the workplace while managing a mental health condition. This event seeks to amplify the importance of psychological safety, and to increase our collective understanding of how we can improve workplace inclusion and belonging. We hope that the learnings from this panel will support the destigmatization of mental health conditions and develop a more comprehensive inclusive leadership approach.
